You have to try their Chicken Kabob, Iv been to all the Persian restaurants in westwood and their Chicken Kabob (Juicy Chicken) is the best in the surrounding area. Great quality and tender meat, it really puts shame to some of the Persian restaurants around where I have had dry chicken before. The Coffee is amazing too, make sure you try their nitro cold brew, I grab one every day to the office and it also puts shame to a lot of the good coffee spots around, their cold brew is 10x better then Alfred's which is across the street and twice the Price!

This is an unexpected gem in the lobby of the AVCO building. Besides coffee and snacks there lies a food cornucopia with salads and kabobs and breakfast sandwiches and more! I've never been disappointed with my choices here. Lately I've been enjoying the Shrimp Basket :)

Restaurant is a cafe style establishment located within existing office buildings. There are numerous options - including Mediterranean style meals, basic breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast burrito, bacon egg and cheese sandwich and the cucumber salad. Was served promptly and there is available indoor and outdoor seating. This is a no frills establishment perfect if you want to grab a quick bite that is delicious and receive excellent service. Really appreciated the visit and will be back!
